You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer service. All pending wagering requirements and transactions must be completed before closing the account. Remaining balance can be withdrawn after account closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, an inactivity fee may be charged. We will notify you via email before reactivating your account.
